    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're seeing a 'no satellite signal' message, it's likely that your dish has moved slightly - TNT seems to be the first channels affected when it happens. Unfortunately, Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ customers unless you have Sky Protect, so you would need to engage a local satellite engineer to align your dish for you. Or upgrade to Sky Q.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am no longer receiving TNT Sports.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have switched off box, waited 5 mins, cleaned the viewing card but no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All other channels OK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
