Pairing viewing card with HD box

Hi,

my he box says viewing card needs pairing.

The quick fix site no longer seems to work and I have read that Sky are no longer allowing this?

can anyone help please?

You can't now pair a viewing card to a different Sky+ box that it wasn't already paired to on 30 October 2024.

As a pre-requisite your Sky box needs to have an Internet connection.
