I use Sky mainly for sport. But today TNT channel was unavailable so couldn't watch England India cricket match. A message showed saying there was no dish reception. But this is nonsense because all other sport channels were functioning normally. TNT show football internationals of which many are imminent. Sky help manned by robot who sends in you circles doing resets. If this issue is unresolved there is no point in subscribing.

If your dish has moved even slightly during the recent storms then this will be why it is causing this issue with only the TNT channels. If you do have Sky+ you will need to contact a local company to come out to you. If you have Sky Q then it is Sky you need to contact but seeing as they are busy with others who have the same issue you could be looking at an appointment in a few weeks time.

TNT are on their own transponder, if your dish is slightly misaligned you can lose one or more channels

@Dermod

Almost certainly a dish misalignment. Although Sky themselves no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check it (or upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).
