if you are expecting this on a Sports channel then it is no longer in use.

From the launch of SKY Sports Plus in Q3 2024 (I think) content that used to be on the red button is now via the app which SKY HD boxes cannot support

You can still watch that content but need to use the app on mobile or tablet

Red Button choice (different courts at Wimbledon, for example) used multiple satellite broadcasts, and was consequently very expensive for the broadcaster. As @nigea99 indicates, this functionality is now delivered online, which Sky+, being fundamentally a twenty year old platform, cannot facilitate.
