    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, any Sky channel comes up with the message that I need to upgrade my subscription. I have called Sky and they say that they will sort things out inside 48 hours. I presume it is just a failed viewing card (run old HD box). &amp;nbsp;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to watch Sky News, Sky Sports btw. I have 2 HD boxes and 2 viewing cards under the same account. One of them is absolutely fine. All Sky channels run on this no problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The 48 hour thing doesn't sound right to me so as it been working for you to&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;now and you haven't made any changes like ordering Sky Q or Stream/Glass ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
