Hi @ChristieLange Sky no longer support Sky+HD Boxes so an engineer visit from them isn't possible. You would need to find a local satellite engineer to investigate and fix. Or, if you describe in what way it isn't working, the forum may be able to help.

@ChristieLange when you turn on your Sky box, does the power LED on the front panel change from red/amber to green? Is the power LED not lit at all?
