      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could try a full System Reset which&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;might&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;restore normal working, but failing that, you'll need to upgrade either to Sky Q or Sky Stream.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The System Reset option is in the hidden Installer Menu, which you can access by keying&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Services,0,0,1,Select&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
