You have offered me an upgrade to Sky Q at no extra cost. Does this mean there is no mextra monthly fee?

We're a customer Community, rather than Sky customer services. I believe the free offer requires a Multiscreen subscription, but that may be out of date, so best ask the question directly of Sky.

I will cc in one of the other Superusers who has compiled a helpful guide for those thinking of transitioning from Plus to Q which may provide some insight into something you hadn't considered.

As @Mark39 mentions (& in my notes) a 'Free' upgrade sometimes comes with 'strings' such as needing Multiscreen or a lower specified box so best to to discuss with SKY
