      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky box was delivered on December 20th without the chip and I have called Sky several times to address this issue. However, Sky has not resolved this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was no service from Sky TV throughout this Christmas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I request that the issue is resolved ASAP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Was the box a Sky Q one and by "chip" do you mean viewing card ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
