&lt;P&gt;What has probably happened is your viewing card has been cancelled due a new one for your Sky Q box being sent if you are yet to receive it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Im not sure there is much you can do other than to contact Sky to see if they can or will repair your card back to your Sky+ box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When we try to watch a download a message saying 'this viewing card is not authorised, if you have a new viewing card insert now' We are upgrading to SkyQ on 2nd January but would really like this fixed for the Christmas period. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is this on your primary box or on a multiroom box ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have seen several reports of the secondary boxes cards being cancelled as soon as the SKY Q order is processed.&lt;/P&gt;
