when trying to watch a different match on sky sports plus the red button doesn’t work, so can only get the main match. What can I do to watch the match of my choice please

Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the new Sky Sports+ Channel (412), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop).

@Gary1502 you will need to upgrade to one of sky's current products sky Q glass or stream to receive red button content

Sky Plus owners fon;t get red button as the box does not have the qbility to access the streams, you'll need to use a mobile app to access the extra content or move to a newer Sky service
