Hi,

I'm unable to get Channel 4 HD - 104 on either my Sky+ or Sky Q boxes. I've always had to watch Ch4 on 804 which is SD. Sky have now removed 804 altogether, and can now only get 204 which is the +1 Channel 4. I can't get Gold HD 110 either, although I can get Gold SD 810. I have done everything I can think of, including the obvious of unplugging the Sky + box, and the Q box, and leaving them for at least 10mins each. Still nothing. Both screens are saying "theres a problem with your satellite signal". I've tried to manually retune the Sky+ box, but it won't let me., nor can I add channels. Any ideas please?

thank you. I'll have a look when I get home. I suspect I'm going to have to get an engineer out.

OP states they already have Sky Q. Suspect Sky+HD Box being used as a Freesat box running off the same dish.

Issue probably caused by a slight dish alignment requiring an engineer.

@bestie6 probably best to only mention Sky Q when booking the engineer to avoid confusion.
