Other issues I have experienced - 'Live pause is not available' &nbsp;when trying to record a live programme I get the message ' Sky+ playback and recording are not available' Go to skyviewinghelp.com for assistance. I have done a sky+ rebuild which hasn't worked. I have also noticed at the bottom left section of the tv guide 'More Top Picks' is says Top Picks is only available with an active Sky Tv subscription????</SPAN></P><P class=""><SPAN class="">I don't understand I checked my account from the services button and everything is paid up fine.
