      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you go to you Planner, highlight one of the affected recordings, and press the i button on your remote, is there an error message shown at the end of the on screen programme summary?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would suspect a failing hard drive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. Having had a discussion with a Sky engineer, as our box is now obsolete, we're getting a new box in&amp;nbsp; the New Year - which doesn't help the immediate situation,&amp;nbsp; but that can you do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
