Black home screen but preview working

Home and guide have gone completely black except for the preview box in the corner which Is playing fine. Channels working fine but we can't see the guide or home screen. We can't even go to settings to check options as its completely black.

The tv has been on about 2hrs and working normally before this happened

Have you tried turning your TV off and back on again ?

I have. And resetting the box but still nothing.

The main box is fine...this is a mini box

It's just all of a sudden come back.

Well that was a very annoying and mind boggling hour!!!

It sounds like you have Sky Q but you have posted in the Sky Plus forum 😞

It's sorted now.

But no, it's not Sky Q. It's Sky+
