      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;BR /&gt;Our sky TV menu / listings is not working well - some listings not available and each page in listings takes ages to load . There is a message that there is a problem with the hard disk . I have done both resets and it has not improved&lt;/P&gt;</description>
