Wrong viewing card for this Sky+HD box. Bought new box. Box working but can’t pair to get Sky.

Couldn't pair to old box. Sky said box error.

Bought "new" box. It works on Freesat channels but message when pairing as follows.

"This is the wrong Sky viewing card for this Sky+HD box. Please insert the correct one."

Cards are now locked to the LAST box they were paired in, you can no longer transefer a viewing card to another Sky box

As of the end of October, it's no longer possible to pair a Viewing Card with a box not suppled by Sky, I'm afraid.

Sky sending me a replacement viewing card today they say.

Friend in same position as me.
Even with new card couldn't pair to his box.
