Cable wire into sky+hd loose

Can't get on demand on sky+hd box, intermittently last few days, had a look behind box and a dual wire has come out of one of the connections at the back. I reconnected it ( not sure if correctly) but now on signal input 2 signal strength quality aren't on and lock indicator shows not locked

how can I fix it

It needs fixing, but it won't make any difference to the On Demand problem which relies on a broadband connection, not the dish cables..

Found the video on you tube which sorted the input 2 problem, thank you

I still had problems connecting to on demand search and catch up so rebooted my internet, still didn't work even though it was saying connected.
In the end I deleted the internet and reset it again which seemed to have sorted everything and I downloaded the programme I wanted.

30 minutes later it's playing up again 🙈🤷‍♀️
