hi guys just to let you know I have just spoke to sky over the phone and you still can match up viewing cards and boxes over the phone its just online you cant

We have been told that you cannt pair a card to a different box, the cards are now locked to a single box

Sky can send a signal to the box to reauthorise it but not change the box a card is used on

like I say the advisor I spoke to said it can still be done over the phone

Superusers have seen the info that was released to the agents, it's not unknown for the agents to misinterpret the info they are given

BTW, doing a test earlier I re-paired my card to my box via a New Install that is done via broadband, this worked because the card was already associated with the box

It's possible that system changes haven't yet caught up with the new procedures, which appear to have been implemented without much, if any, prior notice.
