      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new to sky+.I have set everything up as directed but have problems with no sound on Sky Channels.The adverts are ok with full sound.Most apps are okay is regular TV.I have followed all the instructions for resetting from the chat bot but still no sound.Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
