Can you start from the beginning and explain what the issue is with your Sky+ box and what (if any) changes to your TV package you have made recently ?

Has your account been cancelled & if so do you have an older SKY + Sd only box ?

Did you get warning messages saying that it would cease in October ?

If not this, as others have said we need to know more to be able to advise
