      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2942914"&gt;@Ruth05&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you're seeing a 'no satellite signal' message on the affected channels, it's most likely a problem with your dish setup. Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ systems (unless you have Sky Protect) so you would need to engage a local satellite installer to take a look. The alternative would be to upgrade to Sky Q and any dish problems will be sorted out as part of the Sky Q installation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
