    <description>&lt;P&gt;To clarify, this has nothin̈g to do with your broadband connection. It's a problem with your dish setup, most likely either a slight misalignment, or if it's more than 5 years old, a failing LNB.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ customers, unless you have Sky Protect, so you'll need to engage a local satellite installer to take a look for you. Or now might be the time to upgrade to Sky Q. Installation will involve correcting dish issues at no additional cost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Code 25 on some spots channels</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Channels 404, 406, 407 &amp;amp; 408 no signal code 25. I managed to watch the cricket on 401 on Friday, all other channels that I use or can see appear to be OK. I have reset both my router &amp;amp; Sky box as well as gone through the code 25 fault process everything seems correct according to that process. Any ideas? Very strange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
