    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have Sky+ multiroom. One of the boxes stopped working with the message that the viewing card was unauthorised - have done a system update but that didn't work and can't re-pair it online as the card number isn't showing - we now only have one card number showing for the subscription despite having 2 boxes with multiroom. We did order SKYQ 4 months ago but it wasn't fitted due to the signal being too poor, everything has continued to work until now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordering Sky Q will initiate the cancellation of your Viewing cards, strange that all your cards have not been cancelled&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to phone Sky for replacement cards as the old ones cannot be re-enabled&lt;/P&gt;
