      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just received an email to say that I am able to upgrade my skyHD+ box to SkyQ as I have the full skysports+ package, for free. How do I do this as I've been through sky.com but can only find an upgrade option for paying an extra £10 a month!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
