I've just received an email to say that I am able to upgrade my skyHD+ box to SkyQ as I have the full skysports+ package, for free. How do I do this as I've been through sky.com but can only find an upgrade option for paying an extra £10 a month!

@Glenis There should be specific contact details within the email you need to contact sky using those details

@Glenis Note that the offer to upgrade for free, likely means that there will be no charge for doing the installation etc. It might not apply to the subscription depending on your current deal.
