It's your neighbour who has the account with Sky, and would need to contact them. (Sky won't mount dishes on a chimney stack).

Overhanging Sky Dish

Just recently my new neighbour has moved in and got Sky to install a new dish on their house. The trouble is that the Sky technician has mounted the new dish too low (just above head height) and it overhangs into my driveway. The technician did knock on my door to ask permission to get onto my drive but neglected to tell me where he wanted to mount it. I work from home so left him to it, assuming the new dish would be higher up on a chimney stack. When I saw the dish later on (when the technician had left) he had mounted it very low so it overhangs my driveway. Rather than making trouble with my new neighbours I left it for a month but now I feel this is not only an eyesore, but if I decide to sell my property a potential buyer will surely ask why the dish is overhanging my driveway. Should I approach Sky to ask them to reposition higher and is the law on my side to ask my neighbour to reposition?

Sky don't own the dish after they hand it over to your neighbour

As you are not the customer Sky will not deal with your issue, you'll have to speak with your neighbour
