Help!!

I have sky hd multi room elderly parents live with us plus kids still back and forth wifi terrible even with boosters so no sky q or sky glass option 6 engineers been out and can't seem to come up with a solution? At any given time 3 people could be watching something different. Obviously sky hd boxes out of production and not providing engineer support any ideas? Help?

You haven't actually said what your issue is, can you not access on demand content due to these broadband issues ?

Issue is apparently need to upgrade my system as sky hd being phased out along with technical help and my hd boxes are on their last legs

What problem are you having with your Sky boxes? There may be no immediate need to upgrade.

I'm a Sky+ customers as are others on here and I while U can not speak for them for me I have no plans to upgrade anytime soon so if you are happy with what you have then you don't need to be talked into doing anything you do not want to.

Keep losing sky channels phoned sky they keep re sending signal but keeps happening just tell me got an old system

Are you seeing a 'no satellite signal' message? Or is there another onscreen error?
