Interactive services not working

Hi,

My elderly dad has a Sky box but no broadband. He regularly uses the teletext service on 101 to check the racing results but it hasn't been working today. The message which comes up reads "interactive services are not available. Please check your Sky viewing card is inserted and your Sky box is connected to broadband". Any ideas? Thanks.

Apparently they have stopped working as there are other posts on here about this issue. O'm not sure it is a fault or not but if it isn't it might be that the service will not return.

Features on Sky+ will stop working more and more as time goes by

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q (all issues will be fixed during a Sky Q install), Sky Glass and Sky Stream

Had the exact same problem and so have others- seems like it's an issue with sky and on another forum an employee has said the support team are working on it.

I have found the red button on channel 954 still works so we are just going to use that until the issue is resolved
