Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q (all issues will be fixed during a Sky Q install), Sky Glass and Sky Stream

You would need to move to one of Skys other services mentioned above

@jacqueline59 As far as I'm aware, none of Sky Q/Glass/Stream carry the BBC Text service anyway.

If you locate BBC1 Yorks in the 950 range of channels it should work, but it might be the case that it's being withdrawn (by BBC) completely.
