    <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be a faulty Sky box, or a fault with the LNB (on the arm of the dish) or the cable(s) between the dish and your Sky box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could rule out a faulty Sky box by swapping it with the other box that's working ok.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's not a fault with the box, you'll need an engineer to check the dish and cabling. Unfortunately unless,you have Sky Protect, you'll have to engage a local installer to take a look.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky+ no signal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi we have 2 Sky+ boxes. One is working fine. The other says that there is no satellite signal. It has done this before and then come back. This time is has been off for 3 days. What could be causing this and what can i do? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Although Sky themselves no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check the dish alignment &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;or upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
