&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a dish issue. If it is,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky themselves no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, but if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense (or upgrade to Sky Q where any dish issue will be resolved on installation), or change to Glass/Stream.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
