    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky + won't record programmes or let me playback ones I had recorded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Message comes up-this viewing card is not authorised ,Sky + playback and recording not available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Informed sky who say engineers can't fix those boxes now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Agreed to new sky Q box being installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The date for this is August 5th,five and a half weeks time!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am recently widowed,do not drive no transport links, is this normal wait time please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next week will be checking on the app to see if there has been a cancellation,don't expect there will be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also have telephone,broadband and films etc. customer over 25 years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should be sent a new viewing card for your Sky Q box so when it arrives insert this in your Sky+ box to see if it that starts working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
