      <description>&lt;P&gt;My son got a new sky+hd bix as the old ones hard drive broken, the engineer said we could use the old viewing card but when i go into system details is says "no card" on viewing card number. Ive followed all the steps on line but nothing worked and i cant find a number to phone sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you previously order Sky Q? If so, you can&amp;nbsp; use that card. The other possibility is that the card is inserted upside down?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
