      <description>&lt;P&gt;You still haven't told us what troubleshooting you've tried. First switch your box off at the plug for 5 minutes and then check whether or not it moves on from initialising after several minutes when you turn it back on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check the dish connections at the back of the box while it's turned off. Make sure they're securely fitted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't resolve it, there's either a fault with your Sky box, or more likely with your dish/cabling Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you would need to engage a local satellite installer to investigate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There is an issue with the box getting a signal from the dish, this will require a local satellite company to investigate what the actual cause is &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you checked the cables and/or swapped the cables around at the box end?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
