I have a series recorded on sky planner. Can I record it from planner to any device?

Do you mean copy the recording to another device? If so, yes, you can copy in real time and standard definition only, to a DVDR or VCR (if you still have one!).

What you can't do, is download a recording from your Planner to view on a separate device as @Padam_Padam posted. You can, with Sky Q (or could. I'm assuming the functionality is still there)

Possibly over SCART or RCA, but not using HDMI.
