Sky remote not working, sky box not working

Th is is t the first time this has happened, our tv has not worked now for 4 days, the box isn't turning on & the remote isn't working either. I want someone out today to fix it please

If your Sky box will not turn on then the remote has nothing to control, so it what way is the remote not working?

Does the Sky box have any LEDs lit?

Have you tried pushing the power cable in to eliminate a loose cable?

Have you checked the fuse in the plug?

If you have a Sky+ box and do not have Sky Protect ... Sky aren't going to send anybody out because Sky+ boxes are no longer supported by Sky.

The box is your property and it is your responsibility to have a functioning box to access the Sky subscription services you subscribe to🤔

If your Sky+ box has failed it is possible to buy second hand boxes online and in second hand shops😉
