Hi Im trying to activate my discoveryplus channel everything is ok up to when it says watch now then I get a page saying upgrade your pass then select retry to start watching but it shouldn't say that as the channel comes free with my Sky Package can some-one help me please it's driving me crazy for the last few days

Can you confirm whether or not you have Sky+, where you've posted? Discovery + isn't available on Sky+ boxes.

Hi Mark 39 yes I have a Sky Subscription & Discovery Pkus is there it just won't let me watch any of the programmes it keeps

telling me to Upgrade my Pass select Retry to start watching any idea's for me to try

Arrgh! Me to. I have been going round in circles fir over an hour. The TV tells me to active at Sky TV on line and Sky on line shows Discovery plus but says activate through your TV. Virgin is beginning to look good.
