      <title>I have a sky + box and the red button doesn't work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My red button doesnt work so I am not getting a proper service from sky.&amp;nbsp; I can't have a sky Q because we live in a small block of flats.&amp;nbsp; Our wifi isnt 100% so sky glass isn't an option.&amp;nbsp; We qould like reduced monthly fees because we are not getting a proper service&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately more &amp;amp; more Red button services are migrating to app based services that SKY HD doesn't support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SKY HD is very much a legacy product that SKY are trying to get customers to migrate from&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to say that you won't get any reduction in charges due to this - red button is more of an supllementary service&amp;nbsp; than a core priced service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
