    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thank you for that.&amp;nbsp; Maybe I am being niaive but aren't the shows saved digitally on the memory of the box, and should in theory be accessable straight from the box?&amp;nbsp; Or did the engineer do something to the box to wipe it before disconnecting?&amp;nbsp; If he did, he should have said so when I told him I planned to keep the box to watch the saved shows.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently upgraded from sky+ to Sky Q.&amp;nbsp; I would like to finish watching what I have recorded on my Sky + box but can't seem to get past the 'your box is innitiating' page.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, recordings are stored on the hard disk of your Sky+ box. However, the box needs a signal from your satellite dish to do anything, and yours isn't receiving one - hence the initialising message. It's not receiving a signal because when you upgraded to Sky Q, the LNB on the arm of your was changed and the LNB for Sky Q isn't compatible with Sky+&lt;/P&gt;</description>
