Please could someone explain with simple instructions how to pair a new remote control to a Sky+ HD box? There seems to be so many conflicting ideas and a definitive piece of guidance would be absolutely wonderful. Thanks.

Providing you've bought a Sky+HD remote, it doesn't need to be paired with your Sky+HD box. It should work out of the box.
