Can't watch recorded MTV programme

I recorded a series from MTV & when I tried to watch it, it was pixilated & I could see the programme on the channel I was previously watching. So if I was on BBC then went onto planner, clicked on the programme to watch & press play the picture broke up but could see through the pixalation it was BBC why is that

Try a planner rebuild:

Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild

This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something. Your recordings and downloads are safe when doing this.

Tried resetting - didn't wotk
