(It took new several attempts to pair but eventually worked with 2505.) We normally press ‘TVguide' button to get the initial menu of 8 rectangles Unfortunately the 'TV guide’ button on the new remote, has no effect. so the only way we know to get to the initial menu has to be done with the old (faulty) sky remote.. If we then use the new remote ,all the buttons seem to work as expected (except volume control). Similarly when trying to return to the initial menu we find ‘tv guide ‘ has no effect, (although repeated use of the back button sometimes (not &nbsp;always) gets us back to the initial menu. Should I return the new remote or &nbsp;is there &nbsp;a straightforward fix.
