    <description>&lt;P&gt;The first thing to try, if you haven't already, is restarting your Sky box - switch off at the plug for at least 4 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;While it's turned off, check that the 2 dish connections at the back of the box are still firmly in place.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the fault is still there, and unless you have Sky Protect, you'll need to arange for a local satellite installer to check your dish alignment and cables. Alternatively, if you upgrade to Sky Q, the dish will be checked at no extra cost to you, when Sky Q is installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last number of days, we have had sattelite issues on our box 'Your Sky+HD isn't getting a satellite signal'..Sky History GONE All BBC HD GONE Channel 4 GONE..But some Sky there at the moment..We are not on broadband, just TV and Sky box&amp;nbsp; as internet bad here..can you help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I did this numerous times, no joy..Upgrading when we do not have broadband in rural area only through TV, don't know if they still do that..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky is typically reluctant to install Q at an address without broadband.&amp;nbsp; A main Q box &lt;EM&gt;can&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp; function for live television and recording/playback (only) in those circumstances (assuming the installer can manage to activate it using a mobile hotspot) but Q Mini boxes expect an ISP router to be available for IP addressing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
