The right arrow generates a search box bottom left of screen. The left arrow causes the box to turn off. Volume and mute buttons work correctly but the box is unresponsive to the other buttons. Consequently it is currently impossible to access any services through the sky box. I've tried turning everything (tv, sky box, router) off and on again but no improvement.
