Discovery Channel Automtically rewinds

My Discovery channel starts to rewind everytime it gets to an advert or break in the programme. Its really frustrating as I have to keep fast fowarding to where I was and then it does it again.

If you do have a Sky+ box (where you have posted on here) then try a planner rebuild:

Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild

This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something. Your recordings and downloads are safe when doing this.

Unfortunatly, this process didnt work and I'm still getting an issue with any programmes I'm watching, pausing when it gets to an advert then rewinding.
