Obsolete sky box

Our sky box is very old and out of date

No longer has listings pause record etc

Can't get through to sky to order new box

Please advise

@AbiGeoKent72 You won't get a replacement Sky+ box, Sky will push to to Sky Q. Best place to look for a Sky+HD box is the likes of ebay, otherwise if you want Sky Q you need to call.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

As @GD1 posted, Sky no longer provide,replacement Sky+ boxes, which haven't been ,amufactured since 2015.

If you want to stick with Sky+, rather than upgrade to Sky Q, there are used boxes available to buy cheaply on ebay etc. Only look for DRX890 and DRX895 models as they're the most recent.
