&lt;P&gt;As &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3937167"&gt;@Jones_The_Cat&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;indicates, if they only have an SD-capable receiver, that now needs to be replaced with an HD-capable unit for access to all BBC and some ITV satellite broadcasting.&amp;nbsp; These are most easily obtained second hand online: late model Sky+ HD boxes are about £30 on eBay.&amp;nbsp; Note that Sky will not replace a box used for Freesat reception: their only offer would be for a subscription product on Sky Q.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The ITV+1 channels including ITV3+1 are still available in SD (they don't transmit in HD). If a reboot isn't solving the problem it may be a dish alignment issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
