Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ customers.

If you've upgraded to Sky Q, the dish will be checked as part of the Sky Q installation and any fault put right.

If you have Sky+ or Sky+ HD Sky no longer support those systems so they would have advised you accordingly. If you don't want to change platforms yet you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense unless you already have Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance.
