Upgrading sky hd+ system

I am looking to upgrade my current hd+ system to something more modern, have looked at all options. Looking at at maybe sky q or sky stream, don't want sky glass due getting rid of old tv and the installing sky glass tv (single mum with not a lot of help). Ideally I would like sky q but I have a problem in that my sky hd+ box is connected to my neighbours satellite with their permission( this was due to my satellite being on the chimney and having tiling around my half of the house, live in a maisonette top half, and this is what the engineer suggested) now I am not sure wether we could both use sky q on the same satellite dish?
shall stay with hd+, go with sky q or try sky stream?

@Stagg311 I'm guessing the neighbour also currently has sky plus? given that the lnb that goes on to the front of dish has to be different one for Q and can't handle sky plus hardware

@Stagg311 connecting two households to the same dish is potentially hazardous unless the proper earthing requirements were put in place to accommodate it (I wouldn't bet on it).

If you have a good broadband speed you could certainly give Sky Stream a try, but do beware that whatever system you opt for, you won't be able to go back to Sky+ if you can't get on with it.
