When attempting to watch programmes on Gold why am I being told that I need to upgrade my subscription when my contract includes Sky Signature?

Are you trying to watch the live channel, if so can you view the SD version instead and if you are trying to download content can you download in SD ?

Sky Signature gives you access to the channels and on demand content in SD, for HD you would need the HD pack as well.

I'm trying to watch the live channel on 110 which, up to now, has been available without a problem. The same thing has happened a couple of times with all of the sports channels.

Do you have the HD package on your account ?

Only on the sports package, not on Signature.
